It was a rough one for the Stinker. I believe my bets were sound but I will put them here for you to judge. I went 1-4 but at least the one was a parlay.
*3 picks Josh Allen over 250.5 passing, Stephon Diggs TD, Bills Mainline. LOST
*3 picks Giants, Bills, Seahawks LOST
* Browns -3.5 LOST
*2 picks Eagles -3, Under 51.5 WON
Basically the Bills destroyed my day. The Browns winning but not covering was also a bummer. On to the next bet I don't see anything wrong with my picks maybe you do if so let me know. Always learning. How did you do?

I agree on the parlay betting I did straight bets to start the season and went 10-0 then with the bank all nice and fat started playing with parlays because they are more fun to me. DK also makes it enticing when they boost your profit 50% or 100% on them lol. More straight bets for me going forward for sure. Cheers.

The Bill's play on TNF you never want to bet a team on Sunday that will play 4 days later.
The players hate having having to play in this game if they perceive their opponent as weak like the Pats are they show up and play half a s s to save themselves.
I personally didn't bet the game but I anticipated it I told my teaser friends forget teasing the Bill's down to -2.5 .
The Thursday night factor made this a great spot for the Pats they'll be the same horrible team next week vs Miami.

The reason they boost your profit is they almost never hit. Same reason they put it in all their commercials.
Any time a bookie offers something to entice you - it's a sucker bet.
Where I live (Europe) they will from time to time offer odds boosts on both sides of a soccer match in premier league or champions league. A -140 fav will be even money, a +150 dog almost a full +200. They limit it to i think 50 euro max so they won't get stung too bad even if one hits, but I noticed probably 3 out of every 4 of these matches with boosted odds end in a draw.
And the draw is the one thing they don't boost. So yeah, you get better odds it looks great except none of that matters when the bet doesn't win.
So now whenever I see this bookie offering to boost the odds, I shop around and find the best odds on the draw and bet on it.
The big numbers they show you on the payout of the slip entices so many people.
I stopped parlsys a while ago, when one day I counted up a few months worth of losing ones. None were for over 20 bucks, most around 10-15 and done with pocket change (here we have 1.00 and 2.00 coins).
The majority of these I remembered it was always one team that let me down, often blowing a big lead.
It added up to almost 1000 in losses. Chump change for some but I typically bet 110-350 per game regular season back when I was still bothering with the shizshow, and 500-2k in playoffs/bowl season so 1k isn't nothing in respect of that.

@Silverstones Excellent point, week 8 the Steelers play Jacksonville on Sunday as a slight dog and then play Tennessee on Thursday night. What say you there?
Pittsburgh at home vs Jacksonville Steelers are not the same mind set as Buffalo that think their an elite NFL team.
Jacksonville is perceived as a very good team a playoff team the Thursday night factor won't come into play with the Steelers playing at home they'll do everything to win this game and to keep pace with division .
You might want to hold your nose and take a chance with Atlanta @ Tennessee. but caution Atlanta QB Ridder is horrible on the road this trend goes back to college .

I had a solid day.. the one loss im upset about is the under bears game.. garbage time touchdown and a pick six in the final minutes ruined the under.. literally 14 garbage time points..
sunday night went 3-0 with first half -1.5, first half tt over 14 and swift over 58 rushing yards (which didnt cash until the final run play of the day, ill take it).
