I found Jacksonville over 7.5 wins at -110 right after they killed the Chargers and were 2-1. I pounded it harder than I should have.
Of course, they then lose 5 games in a row, all by 1 score, 3 at home vs broncos and Texans and Giants.
Well after they lost at home to the Texans, I wasn't so into this bet anymore and when I saw they were favored to win their division and had playoffs No at +110, I pounded the No +110 for the same amount I had bet on the over. Way too much.
I now had over 7.5 wins and NO on playoffs. No team has ever made the playoffs with 10 losses.
So now if Tennessee and Jacksonville lose their next 2 and Jacksonville wins last game at home vs Titans. The Jags would be 7-10 and win the division and I will be fked.
I doubt it happens but it very well could as those fking Texans have been playing real good last 2 weeks, of course they have. And I think Titans by 7 is absurd, wouldn't doubt the Texans win.
So yes I went too high and now Im in a very vulnerable spot. Really really praying for a Jags win Thursday night so I know I at least break even. Unless they tie last game.
I keep posting honest things here and I know I will get smartass comments from broke asses but this is going to be a lesson learned either way. I could literally get crushed here.

the good thing is: 6 teams in the AFC already have 8 wins, so the only way for Jac to get into the POs is by winning their division. That makes it relatively easy to hedge it out ( with one nasty bad window described below).
For you to lose both bets Jac has to finish L-L-W and Ten has to finish L-L-L. My rough guess is that you are getting at least +1800 if those 5 games play out that way. So divide whatever you would lose on your 2 bets by about 20 and start with a Hou and NYJ parlay this weekend and roll those winnings over to next week if you hit. So you are essentially buying out for about 5 % of your initial stakes.
The nasty exception would be Jac going W-L-T or L-W-T and Ten going L-L-T- which would end up with Jac winning the division on a 7:9:1 record. So you might have to prepare to put something on a draw in the last game...

Well done. Someone who is constructive. I try to avoid the polish middle any chance I can get but sometimes tilt happens. Buy out if you don't want the risk. BOL!

Yeah I could lose almost $100,000 here and with just a few thousand dollars to my name, I guarantee I would still have more money than you. Which 10 teams are you looking to parlay this weekend ?

I thought about this, but honestly I couldn't even put my hands on more than $300 right now. When the bills clinch division, that will bring around $4000 and I have some other futures that are going to hit. I have Eagles over 9.5 wins $600 to win $500 but that won't grade until EOS. Going to have to wait this out and hope they both win this week. If they both lose this week, I am going to be nervous as hell. I didn't even consider this possibility until Jack beat Dallas and Tenn lost to Chargers

You gotta put ya hands up and learn how to defend yourself , now get inside this ring and let me show you how to protect yaself , death and hell , yes I’m well versed , the quintessential wrecker of whatever it’s best to get a hearse , for anyone attempting to disrespect or express a word , that’s definition says anything about you being better treasure’s earned , no it’s not given , as I smoke the whole conglomerate of lobotomies within these hobbyists’ nonsensical visions , and I’m livid , and livin’ , way passed ordinary , yes I’m on a whole different level , so the only thing that we don’t know or that isn’t settled : will you get jacked son ? by Jacksonville ? or do you got the pro mojo and the ferocious flow and skill to kill the devil ?

I think Titans lose to the lowly Texans and I do believe the Jaguars get it done in New Jersey. I think Jax will win Division and they will beat Titans at the end of the year as well.

@Danny9999 wow seems like a nightmare. why would you put so much on the jags? You should win atleast one of these bets though.
I had Jags over 7.5 wins and won't make playoffs for identical amounts but swapped risk/win amounts.
I was thinking if I lose the over 7.5 no way they could make the playoffs. So even at worse.
But I was thinking 8-9 both bets win, and possibly even 9-8 both bets win.
I bet so much because I thought it's a no possible way to lose bet, seeing as how no team with 10 losses has ever made the playoffs. Of course, this would be the first time.
And I had no clue indy and Tennessee would both suck so bad. I'm almost sure the Texans are going to beat Tennessee. Fk I was laughing as Minnesota came back. Fk I sure wish the colts won now, 5-8-1 would be so much better than 4-9-1, the colts could save me if they win out and finish 7-9-1
All I need is either Jacksonville or Tennessee to win this week and I pretty much break even or possibly win. But if they both lose I'm going to be shitting bricks because I know they both lose next week,

That makes some sense, you just bet way too much. I think you could still hit both bets. titans are in a slump they are still a solid team, they could have very easily beat the chargers last week. they wont overlook the texans here. dallas is a stretch, but if henry dominates anything is possible. jags losing their left tackle hurts but zach wilson is not very good. they also get extended rest after playing on thurs day, which should help vs texans. jags could win both, then you are good. titans have owned jags think it would be hard for jags to beat them twice. hopeful you atleast get a split and learn a lesson about being more diversified.

You should be good to split like 95%+ here. Really difficult to lose both. Also most books have prop bets like playoffs yes/no mid season capped at a very low number so it can't be THAT bad.

You probably never want to middle yourself but jags will beat both the Texans and titans and win the division. They will lose to the jets tomorrow night though.
