toward the end of game for SF....
to cover the spread? hahahaha
That should be the biggest red flag to everybody that coaches/players are very involved with the gambling part of the game.
There’s literally zero reason to kick a field goal there. I’d understand if the possibility of an onside kick was still alive

you won’t ever see me wage an nfl game again. 0-2 today with the lions loss which is whatever. Lost $100 and I’m completely fine with it after winning a the Maryland live -6.5 Friday.
however this right now is pointless. The rams had no reason to kick a field goal. But obviously due to gambling reasons they opted for the field to screw 49ers backer to cover the -7 or 7.5. I’ll just stick to college football and hoops. Pro sports betting is the same old rigged stuff that lingers until the very last second.

To play devil's advocate here, maybe trying to keep their own fan base happy? Assuming their own fans are betting on them, what better way to keep morale up then sending them home with money in their pockets?

@Puerta2Puerta
Yeah lions was tough but ticky tack non holding calls don’t bother me too much. Those are whatever it happens on 80% of plays.
Just take note of these. Luckily had SF in my teaser but SF backers should have won. The Rams will continue to be over valued / over bet bc “oh they only lost by a TD to the best team in the NFC.” In reality they’re awful and you’ll be able to continue to tease down through key numbers or get great lines betting against going forward. It’s only one day…

Sean McVay is just an ass. He absolutely did that on purpose because he is so bitter he can't beat the 9ers and it looked like he might then they crumbled 2nd half.
Take a shot to the end zone i can respect that if you score I'll take that bad beat loss rather than a push on a bitch ass FG
