He could either lose by 10 or lose by 7.
He chose to lose by 7.
Those who don't understand don't have a competitive fire burning in them.
I do have that fire and I would have done the same thing.

@JimmyGape
Could lose by 1 or lose by 90. End of the day the Rams went 0-1 in the standings which is all that really matters in this league. I’m sure his players would be thrilled if somebody gets hurt so that they could lose by a tighter margin dumbest sh*t I’ve read today

@Raiderpug
That would be a logical explanation then. Would be weird if Mcvey didn’t believe in his own team; and that they can compete for the division (even though they’re a 6 win team).

Everyone knows what the line is whether they want to know or don't. That was a big FU to the 9er backers and a little love for the Rams backers.
Why else do it? Game is over. Years ago, they would've ran a bs running play to end the game. In 2023 gambling in all out in the open.
No need to call it a fix, it's a FU. I didn't bet the game.

He did it because SHanahan owns him and has beaten him 9 times in a row in the regular season and this made the score look closer
McVay does not give two shits what happens to Niner backers, or Rams backers, or any backers whatsoever
He wanted the final score to look closer and he accomplished that
The final score ended up being a 1 score game, instead of a 2 score game
Ok class is over kids

Exactly! In 1 meaningless shady move. Petty sore loser Mcvay buck Niners backers and cash out Sofi supporters. His Karma will be Rams missing the playoffs with a 7-10 record hahaha
BTW I didn't bet on game

@JimmyGape
Yet on YOUR post you said he didn’t want the game to LOOK LIKE A BLOWOUT. You calling 30-20 a blowout?!
And it’s week 2. No one is thinking about a tiebreaker.
