To me, they havent improved at all. they lost hasselbeck and I dont think Tavaris Jackson can even come close to replacing him. Their front 4 are always injured, they have no O line, and their D sucks.

Then you look at the Seahawks non-conference schedule. Its brutal. They plat at Pitt, at Giants, at Dallas, at Chicago, and at Cleveland. They lose all 5 of those. They also play at home Baltimore, Philly, Washington, Cincinatti, and Atlanta. I see them going 2-3 at best in those 5.
To me, I see the Seahawks winning 4 games this year. Cant imagine how they get to 7. Gotta love the under 6 1/2.
