Kaepernick blows. He played decent last week against a bad, banged up defense in Green Bay. He doesnt go through his progressions well and doesnt check down... he wont find the running room he did against GB. If Gore cant move the ball, against a very good Carolina run defense, the edge has to go to the rested home team.
I don't think Cam is as good as he thinks he is, but they'll do just enough to edge out a victory here.
Kaepernick will turn it over more - just the way I see it.

This is the "defensive" battle of the playoffs and they throw a 43ish line out (depends on your book)? Dont take that bait. Obvious drift down to 42 and will probably be 41 by game time. Gonna be a defensive td or 2 scored in this game. I think Kap will try to get the ball to Crabtree more which will end up costing them a pick or 2.....Cam should be able to move the ball with a rested O line vs a team on b2b across the country in an early game. Its january and basically 4 months into a weekly grind for these guys. If you dont think playing in freezing GB will have an effect this week I dont know what to tell ya.
