Can't get bigger than a postseason playoff game and so far in two years he is 0-2. The Chargers and Titans jacked him up in those in succeeding seasons.
In both games, his lack of performance put them in a hole on the scoreboard as the other teams got a lead and then it seemed to me Action Jackson pressed though in the first game he did make a feverish comeback but he came up short...and of course he wasn't the only one under-performing. Seems like when the Ravens can't run the ball, with the game on their QB's shoulders he hasn't thus far produced.
This year in a high profile game KC humiliated this Baltimore team as they got a quick lead and then shutdown the Ravens' run attack...if KC's D can do it, then the Pitts' #1 defense certainly can. That Baltimore D came out flatter than a Mexican tortilla too...I don't expect them to be like that on Sunday. They save their best for the Steelers.
How you beat the Steelers is through the air...can Lamar do it???
If Pitts can frustrate the Ravens' run offense and force punts...what then? Will we see L Jacks have another meltdown? Out of the 20 carries by Derrick Henry versus Pittsburgh, he was hit 8 times in the backfield which is an amazing stat.
Any thoughts on this one...???

Ravens has to change things up a bit on both offense and defense. They keep repeating their strategies. Their defense fell so quickly behind against eagles and almost lost. Like you said, its quite easy to figure out what ravens always do.

Last year when Lamar faced this very same Pitts' D, he was intercepted 3x and sacked 5x but the Ravens won in OT, but also in that game Samuels in the wildcat threw an interception to Baltimore deep in Pitts' territory which led to an easy early TD. LJacks struggled in this game.
That being said after QB2 (Mason) was knocked out Duck Hodges led a Pitts' comeback and actually got the lead late in the 4th but then a last second FG in regulation by Baltimore took them to OT. Even then, if Juju doesn't cough up the ball Pitts was close to being in FG position for the winner...my point being that this same Pitts' D gave Lamar Jackson fits last year...and now the Benmeister is back so the Pitts' offensive production should improve.
Two important Pitts' guys are banged up...want to see if Diontae Johnson (ankle) and Mike Hilton (shoulder) will play in this one.

I told everyone how to shut down Lamar all last year and Titans finally listened to me -- Force him to throw outside and take away his cut gap running lanes. Do that and you reduce him to a bottom third QB in the NFL. Don't let him run or throw the ball down the middle of the field. Titans executed the plan perfectly

One troubling stat is that the Ravens under John Harbaugh lifetime are 10-2 coming off a bye week and 7-1 @ home off a bye. Only time they lost at home off a bye was to the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2015. So there is that to consider...
