If he was serious about wanting to see one more Cowboys super bowl win before he dies he would send a blank check to Bill Cowher and once the season started never talk to him, any of the coaches, any of the players, or any members of the media until the season was over.
But he would rather be an attention person so he won’t.

Because no matter how bad the cowboys are , they are going to sell out their games , if jerry would start to see empty seats then he might do that hire bill cowher, until then dont look for it. why send the money when you are selling out your games.

As long as Jerry owns the team they will never go to another Super Bowl. He believes that he knows as much or more than any other person around when it comes to coaching, personnel, etc, etc. He is their biggest problem by far

OK, this shouldn't be a secret, and many will disagree but here is your answer:
Jerry Jones is a business man "with a heart", this is confirmed by never firing a head coach during the season.
Doesn't know talent and is lead by the ones who can manipulate him (Parcells)
Romo is not "the anoyted one" as Parcells tried to say a long time ago.
W. Phillips is a very good football mind, but won't stand up to J.Jones........better on defense than offense, but who cares.
Cowher will never take the job so get over it, Gruden.....seriously??? He had his day, but he inherited Dungy's Bucs and you can't convince me otherwise.........Dungy should get credit for 2 Super Bowls Bucs/Colts.
Bottom line.............Dallas is lead by an inept Businessman and build the largest stadium you want, but you are not a football mind.......never have.....never willl...........enjoy being a "non contender" this year and for many to come.

So if Jones offered Cowher $10,000,000 a season and agreed to stay out of his way you still think he wouldnt take it?

I disagree with your saying Gruden didn't win that SB... He knew the Raiders inside and out... any other team would have lost to the Raiders that day because they had an awesome team that season... But Not Gruden, he won easy vs them. It was like he was in their huddles.
Shit... Gruden helped build that Raiders team and would have won a SB maybe even that season in Oakland if Al Davis was not jealous of his youth, popularity and success.
When Al Davis dies, the team will move back to LA and become a winner again... until then they play with their hands tied and feet in cement buckets cause Al is the King Pin with the last say in everything.

Oakland moving to LA then back to Oakland then back to LA again would be the definition of insanity. It makes perfect sense.
Exactly.... That's why LA still does not have a team. Al Davis is gonna have to pass away(Sorry to say, but true) then the new owners will be offered a stadium to move them back to LA and the league and 49ers will back the move 100%.
I'll miss going to games but no longer have season club seats anyway so it does not matter to me.
