Fields to be drafted #3 overall +250. I’m NOT for a second buying Mac Jones to sf at 3. Lawrence and Wilson seem to be locked into 1 and 2, so that leads us to pick 3. You don’t trade all that draft capital to move up for Mac fn Jones. The media is pushing this narrative, but I just can’t see it. I believe after Justin’s 2nd pro day with lynch and shanahan in attendance, this line will start to drop, so get on it soon if you plan on betting it. Ps I see lance as a dark horse, but still very confident in fields at 3.

Why wouldn't they take Jones? He led the nation in passing and won a championship, against the very team Fields was on. Sure Bama was stacked with NFL talent but Mac Jones isn't like those Bama QBs of recent past who just had to not mess up, he torched teams and was very poised and polished.
Fields showed a lot of heart vs Clemson the week before, but Ohio St QB recent results in the NFL haven't been good which also goes against him.

Lol “sure bama is stacked with nfl talent “. Umm yea only the best wr core maybe ever, top oline in the nation, and a top notch rb and coaching staff. U play that off like no big deal ha. Look, I think Mac can be a pretty decent pro qb, but is he the dynamic franchise qb you trade up 2 future 1sts and a 3rd for??? Hell no. If you notice, schefter is already back peddling from his Jones will be the pick stance, and tomorrow fields is having a pro day with only the niners and pats in attendance. I expect a ton more back peddling and line movement too. The line already moved from +250 to +175 overnight. In the end, I could be wrong, but I feel very comfortable with my wager esp at those odds.

@DoubleUp4Life Yepp, I’m locked in at +250. I also like pitts 1st non qb drafted +145, najee 1st rb -150, Surtain 1st defensive player +150
The draft is such a crapshoot, but I really like that Pitts Prop , not sure about the other 2 as its difficult to predict trades and teams draft boards ..
Just texted the locals line guy ..Intrested to see how his odds matchup to yours...

36% of Mac Jones Pass completions was behind the line of scrimmage..So pretty much 1 out of every 3 passes completions....I could have won a Heisman at Bama with that team that they had last season..Probably Bama's best OL ever...

Justin Herbert was 29 %..... Kyler Murray was 31%.... Tua was 32 %.... I presume you missed your calling in life......... Lets not mention the fact Jones throws down the field were unreal accurate with film showing soooooo many times wr's never broke stride.. Unlike Fields down field accuracy throws that were questionable at best.. And Jones being able to FIND the open wr which in the NFL is 90 % of the job... At the pro level all the kids can wing it.. But QB's like Haskins with a gun fail..

Don't remind me brother of the Bills carousel of bad quarterback drafts as we looked for Jim Kelly's replacement! Thankfully after 25 years we've finally found Jim Kelly's predecessor in Josh Allen.
@jdmoney14
That's a solid bet for Justin Fields to be drafted #3 overall +250. Personally I think he should be drafted #2 overall because he's better than Wilson too but as a Bills fan, you go right ahead Joe Douglas and draft him. You'll be out as Jets GM in two years.

Flutie was amazing and definitely got screwed by the NFL ..
He was outstanding here in Buffalo and led them to an improbable playoff appearance in 98 ..... Owner Ralph Wilson was likely senile at the time and demanded that Rob Johnson start the playoff game ( Musoc city miracle ) ...After Johnson played well in a meaningless win basically the practice squad over a 1 or 2 win Colts team ..
The BILLS were cursed for a long playoff drought after that ...
Flutie had some of the best pump fakes and jokes I've ever seen behind or beyond the line of scrimmage......No idea how he saw over the line ..
