1) Kapernick had great stats in his last year although he did not win a game, he threw for 16 TD's and only 4 Int ( this is off the top of my head). This is an elite level for an NFL QB.
2) His credentials also include, BEATING OUT A YOUNGER ALEX SMITH for the starting job on a 49er team that went to the SB
3) Seriously, if you do not think he is an NFL QB please go watch tape of Mark Sanchez, who is still playing in the league. Kap is an NFL QB not a great one but he is an NFL er.
4) The NFL will forgive most anything, this list is endless but the league is full of Pot Smoking, rapists who beat their girlfriends. Kapernicks sins, in the eyes of most, are not that bad.
5) Now my friends, here is my point and here is what matters most. Kapernicks true sin, is that he alienated thousands if not millions of NFL fans. Bubba from Arkansas whose friends died in the wars overseas, was more than a little miffed that Kap took a knee during the Anthem. Not only was he mad but he was so mad, that he did not watch his team on Sunday, nor did he buy a jersey, s h i t, when his team was on his favorite can of Bud Light, he did switched to Coors and he hates Coors.
6) You see, this is about money and lots and lots of it. There were many people last year who turned off the game and the NFL because of Kapernick. For the first time in forever, in 2016, TV viewing was down and way down. The owners blame Kap and his squad.
7) So this is not about distraction. This is not about talent. This is not about color, this is about MONEY AND IT ALWAYS IS. The owners lost hundreds of millions of dollars last year because of the Kap and his knee and they will not forget or let it happen ever again.
8) I am not posting this to say that Kap is right or wrong or that the owners are right or wrong but I feel that most people have no idea what is going on. The owners have met and they will not sign Kapernick, and yes, it is punishment for all the money that Kap cost them last year.
9) He is done. Forever, UNLESS, people figure this out and the backlash of the vindictive owners turns people off more than the Kap taking a knee (and I seriously doubt that will ever happen)
10) I look for some big story to come out in the next couple of days so that the Kap is quickly forgotten and rides off into the sunset.......
