Oh, I see the disconnect.
80-90 % of my handicapping process is done before the game. Once the bet is placed I control ZERO, so I do not care about the bet / money.
I do care to see if the model was accurate and if not why. I do care to see if I missed something on injuries, line movement, or if generally I missed something. In this case I did not. There was no reason to suspect 2 of those turnovers. For all Lamar is, he is not Zack Wilson. The stats posted above show that Baltimore was in par. Your eyes should tell you they left between 6 - 14 points on the board.
So, I get your point but I disagree and accept my loss that didn't occur because I am disciplined to avoid games with no value.

Ravens was definitely the play. If anyone had any idea that Baltimore was going to pass 5x more than they run, I think a lot of people would have changed their bet.
The refs were extremely one sided. The offensive game plan for Baltimore was atrocious. Lamar was awful. The defense was outstanding against a Reid/Mahomes offense. The luck factor, which is involved in every bet you’ll ever make, was all in favor of KC. Just one of those games. The better team didn’t play well enough to overcome their own mistakes.

Yet here you are interrupting my viewing of the Lions game.

You sure about that?

Psychologically the Chiefs had them beat before the game. Andy Reid said "No Dancing" to his team while the Ravens danced around last week starting to be that carefree 2019 team again. Ravens lost a little bit of that edge.
Then Lamar in the presser says he hated competing against Mahomes. Thats not something you want to hear

Mahomes has been money in the playoffs regardless of opponent. Check out his playoff record. Making the Super Bowl in 4 of 5 years = dominance. It's always a risk betting against a trend like that.
Mahomes is an elite passer and is clutch when it counts.
I had Chiefs/Lions in the Super Bowl and posted a writeup elsewhere. I relied on the conspiracy angle to pick the SB which certainly is looking legit. This site misses out on a lot of good info by shitting on people who make picks based off of the conspiracy angle.
The whole Ravens/49ers color scheme matchup was never going to happen 3 years in a row... what better way to convince the public that these games are real than by having both #1 seeds miss the Super Bowl.

@Pablo989
Definitely not wrong about Mahomes, a bet against is at your own peril.
"The whole Ravens/49ers color scheme matchup was never going to happen 3 years in a row"
Attention to detail Blue and Red make Purple.

The refs were one sided because Baltimore was committing egregious fouls that must be called. Lamar looking for a bailout PI call throwing into triple coverage or Flowers taunting Sneed and then Sneed knocking the ball out. Just admit it,
THE RAVENS WERE OUTCLASSED BY A BETTER TEAM.
Nobody is more lame than a loser coming in here saying they were on the right side. No you were not because the Chiefs dominated the first H and the Ravens were not coming back. Just say, “Great game Chiefs and better luck next time”
Laughable. Kind of like how much money the books made on this game. Like holy shit Mahomes and Co made their year. This had to have been one of the biggest covers bloodbaths in recent memory where EVERYONE and their mama was against the Swifties.

@NONEED4LUCK
You’re a fuckin clown dude. The Chiefs scored 3 points after their first two possessions because the Ravens defense dominated the majority of the game. Just like they were expected to do. KC needed all of those crazy things to happen to win that game. Good for them. Good for you if you won your bet. In my life, with my decision, with my money, I would bet Baltimore again in a heartbeat. Because I think Baltimore was the right side. I came into this thread to respond to the OP. What did you come in for? To find my post and talk shit? Here’s the thing about you- I don’t give a shit who you bet on, what you think, or how many d!cks you can fit in your mouth.

Agreed and #28 explains why it'd be a good play.
One thing in looking back at the handicapping was that several books had a huge liability with Baltimore money and needed KC.
So if anything for my process, had there been value, it'd been a pass.

Celebration - Dancing after defeating Houston was interesting. Harbaugh was the one dancing. He obviously knew it was the last game for Baltimore. One last thing: all they did was drop in zone. Everyone can clearly see how lamar can't complete anything but a dump pass to the running back. I knew he was bad but, he made me realize just he awful . As a pure passing QB. He is one of the worst I ever seen. I been watching football since 1995.
