1) Ravens was the play, regardless of outcome. My sheet had them -2, so it was a no play on account of no value. Baltimore has been the better team, sadly they have also dominated themselves with very undisciplined plays, poor decisions, and dumb penalties. Now, I am aware 99 % of covers arguments rest with the outcome of the game, so if the Chiefs prevail.....congrats.
2) That interception in the end zone was pass interference......and a terrible decision by Lamar. So what's good for the goose is fine here.
3) While outside my prescribed 3 points, if you like the dog, YOU DO NOT NEED THE POINTS. Next time you cash a ticket, leave 20 % at the window and you'll get it.
Congrats / Sorrows on the early game, BOL on the late game.

Yes, as evidenced by my saying it. You don't throw into triple coverage (on 2nd down) when you need two scores. No argument there. Still obstructed his right to come back to the ball.

They had at least 3chances at points 2nd half. Chiefs didn't even score any 2nd half points all you had to do was not fumble at the inch line. Why even dive just stay up they tackle you there it's probably first and goal anyway before they get you down

@AJ86 Come back after 1000 posts and I'll tell you.
You think the number of posts on this site annoints you as more knowledgeable? How many morons on this site have over 100,000 posts by posting nothing more than "good luck" or shamrock emojis?
Ravens weren't the right side because they didn't have a championship caliber QB.

Dumbest thing I ever hear in sports betting. It was the right play, if I had to do it over, I'll bet it again. How do people say that when their bet loses

Are you implying that you only gain an understanding of football if you post thousands of comments on Covers? Is this where all NFL management personnel started their careers?

@unplucked_gem How were the Ravens the play if they lost? Interesting dynamic
Because if we we're able to submit out plays before the outcome of the game was decided we'd all be undefeated. So in your post game analysis (10-20 % of your handicapping process) to see what you got right / what you got wrong tells you if your original thought process and actual play submission was accurate.
In this case Baltimore was right there or ahead is most of the categories with the exception of turnovers. 2 of those were in the endzone (well almost) and 1 most assuredly cost them about as many points as they lost by. The did also way lose time of possession, but that was accounted for. Play this game 10 times, less than 3 result in 3 turnovers with 2 in the endzone. So the right play would have been Baltimore......if there was value over the book which in my case there was not.
In assessing any KC bets, if you were that certain that KC was the play and Lamar is a serial choker and took the points.......you were not that certain.
I know logical thinking and analysis is a tough pill to swallow on here, especially when its easier to say....but KC won so. But try to expand your mindset it'll help you in the long run.

No, I don't think that at all. I was aiming for a rise which was achieved. You are 1 post closer to the answer though.

If I had to do it over again, it would be the same play.
Honest question......what percentage of your bets do you win?
I will be generous and give you 50 %.
So with your logic, based on outcome, half of your plays were wrong?

Yes bc I either pay my bookie or collect from my bookie. He doesn't say, you know what, you had that call right but it was a bad call on the ref or that player didn't fumble. I don't live in a make believe world and say what if. I go by results

Given what I saw in just the first half of the 1st quarter, it appeared to me that the Ravens were psyched out and perhaps psychologically defeated, and this psychological defeat occurred not in the midst of play, but during warmups. All the stats didn’t matter anymore after the Ravens saw those Chiefs jerseys and mentally wilted.
Let’s all be honest about it.
