Going into this game Bill is more concerned about his pass defense instead of run. How the hell you shut out a top 5 offense in the 1st half then give up 31 in the 2nd to the Chiefs. You can blame the QB for having some jitters or NE having an excellent game plan to control the clock in the 1st half. But Bill's ego and decision making will cost him this game. We know a couple of calls went NE way in KC and they out coached the Chiefs. But this McVay and LA team are 3x better than the Eagles were last year going into the Super Bowl.
If I was a gambling man I would think LA will throw, throw, throw, and throw some more. The running game will be a non factor. I look back when LA played KC the shoot out. Gurley was healthy (or was he) however a non-factor in that game only rushed 12x for 55 yards. He was a decoy and McVay exposed the weakness of the Chiefs their pass defense. Attacked them all game long. I pretty much see the same here and NE will be overwhelmed by the talent on both sides of the ball. Brady claims to be the under dog here and he's 100% right.
Keep in mind last 3 NE Super Bowls have been far from dominant performances by the PATS. Some how they get it done but they won't cover the spread tomorrow. They will get blown out, similar to the College Championship game this year. Bill and Brady are great, no doubt but the true under dog here is LA. McVay is so focused he didn't even let his team stay in Atlanta. They practice and stayed outside of the ATL to avoid distractions. I truly feel Bill will get out coached in all facet of the game.

i think with 2 weeks off it will help Gurley. i expect him to go at full capacity. biggest game of his career and i would expect nothing less. it was kind of pointless to give Gurley a big workload in the Saints game with the Saints run defense being good. smart move by McVay to let him rest and i dont think he is bluffing here. if Gurley is maybe only 90% healthy then that should still be good enough. Gurley will be 100% ready to play
Excellent observation. Per Football Outsiders, NO's DEF was ranked #3 vs. rushing and #22 vs. passing. McVay chose to pass more often.
He knows what he's doing.

So where's the proof that Gurley is dealing with an injury???
Latest injury report 02/02/2019.. by Dan Cancian of Newsweek
The New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams will go into Super
Bowl LIII at full strength, after neither team reported any injuries on
Friday.
Rams running back Todd Gurley and Patriots linebacker Dont’a Hightower were the only two injury questions heading into Super Bowl week, but both have been declared fit.
The Rams’ only other injury concern was kicker Greg Zuerlein, who was limited in practice earlier in the week.
McVay, however, confirmed he was fully fit ahead of Super Bowl LIII on Sunday.
So, by this report It looks like Gurely is Ok ...

Key..he never took off his Helmut in NO...he made a few mistakes early and they didn't need him...he's ready, this is everything, he's from Georgia...just imagine if you had a weapon. potentially this GOOD, would you show your hand in any way shape or form against the most prepared team ever?
