Gets passed cause he's black? while Jason garret still has a job? Go kill y'all selves
Red Jay (as he is called here in Dallas) only has his job because he is Jerry's boy. Jerry Jones ego is bigger that this entire frickin state. That is why he will not step down from the GM job and admit that he has no real clue as to what he is doing and that is why Red Jay will not be fired. Jerry hand picked him and touted to all of the media here how great Jason was and how smart he was. If he fires Red Jay it saying (to Jerry) that this pick for a head coach was bad one

It was a bad throw by Cincy QB that really caused fumble, if you throw it into his arms, to his right where it should have been thrown(a TD if Aaron Rodgers is throwing it)..instead of high where the guy has to jump and spin around...he doesn't fumble. Throwing accuracy is highly underrated in this league, it is the reason why guys like Rodgers are so good and guys like Cutler will always be 8-8!

His teams are consistently unprepared for big games and get outcoached with different players at some point u have to look to the head man and he just keeps skating by with bad results.

The McCaskey's had no problem firing Lovie Smith last year!
He was there for nine seasons and missed the playoffs in six of them. That is NOT no problem in my opinion. Take a look around the league, most other coaches don't get to go 2 or 3 seasons in a row with talented football teams not making the playoffs and get to keep their jobs. He had a lot of leeway extended to him.
The lion and the tiger may be more powerful, but the wolf doesn't perform in the circus.
