Week 18 is uglier than that chick that cousin Tony brought to Thanksgiving one year. She looked like she tried to run a 50 yard dash in a 40 yard gym. Anyway...
IND v JAX - Jags getting 14.5, have nothing to play for. Colts need this win, but are 0-6 in their last 6 trips to JAX. Colts could get tripped up here, or they could win by 4 TDs. Who knows? Could see a scenario where IND is up by 3 TDs midway through 4th, rests some starters, and JAX gets backdoor cover. This is a huge "stay far far away" game for me.
Speaking of cousin Tony, he's the one who explained to me what a blumpkin is - doubt I could ever get my wife on board for anything like that, and probably don't want to anyway.
CIN v CLE - The skidmarks are -6, with Mayfield out, and that's mostly because CIN planning to rest a bunch of starters, including Burrow. Both teams going through the motions today, with maybe some bench guys trying to put on a show and get some good stuff on film. I'm avoiding this one like the plague.
Speaking of the Browns, I was at a party in high school several decades ago and left an upper decker in the parent's bathroom. 8 years earlier, the mom had accosted me after school one time about hitting her daughter too hard with a dodgeball. Yes, I held a grudge.
CHI v MIN - Not much to play for here. Nagy will probably find some way to blow up any chance he coulda, shoulda, woulda had to ever coach in the NFL ever again. But, I'm expecting some crazy stuff, both offenses are gonna be full strength, and I like the Over 44 in this spot.
Speaking of MIN, I was on a canoe trip to the boundary waters one time - we jumped off at Moose Lake north of Ely. Anyway, 1st day, I'm dropping a dookie in the woods and I'm holding onto a tree to get some leverage. I look up, and there's a damn black bear cub in the tree. I never saw the mama bear, but I don't think I've ever moved that quick with my pants around my ankles to get back into that canoe and shove off.
God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.

PIT v BAL - Both teams have an outside shot at playoffs with a win and lots of help. LJ is out, and my guess is, both of these teams give half an effort, except for maybe Ben, who's prolly playing in his last game. I don't have any good leans on this one, 1 way or the other, so I'm staying away.
Speaking of BAL, I was working up there about 20 years ago, and I'm in a bad part of town, and I see this guy walk into one of the seafood shops they've got up there. Anyway, he comes out with a styrofoam container, walks around the building, drops his pants, and pinches off a loaf right there. I've never been back to Charm City and let's just say, I wasn't charmed.
TEN v HOU - Titans should win by a lot, but will they? All they really care about is getting the win, even if it's just by 10, which wouldn't cover. Who knows what we're gonna get from the Texans. This is a great spot to stay away, so I will.
Speaking of TEN, we were doing a little hiking in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park last year. We got back to the truck just in time to see some chick back a lifted F350 into a porta-john and knock it over. It was an older truck, and it prolly didn't have a back-up camera. She just drove away. I muttered something about her being a woman driver and my wife just said "Well bless her heart".
So this post is getting too long and I've got stuff to do. So, jumping ahead....
LAC v LVR - I like the Raiders +3 in this spot, getting points at home. Carr is good enough to lead this team into the postseason and has a lot more experience under his belt than Herbert and he should find Waller and Renfrow early and often. Hopefully it will be a good game.
Speaking of Vegas, last time I was in NYNY, the bathrooms were disgusting. My favorite place in Vegas to murder a brown snake is at the Wynn - their bathrooms are spectacular.
