Tonight I like Short & Sweet: 


Houston Texans +6.5 @ Oakland Raiders * 8:30 PM

 

Lot of LOVE for the Raiders & they're the Talk of the NFL & coming off a bye 


After all they're 5-0 on the road and not far from the border.


Seems like the obvious choice tonight right?

Not so fast! 


Texans are scoring 17.9 pts per game while averaging 308 yards per game in total Offence.

I like the Texans to keep it a Close game or a possible upset.

I'll bite on the road dog *woof! woof!

 First off Osweiler is a hazard. lol Raiders have trouble against QB'S who throw the ball downfield effectively. Osweiler cant do that.

Second off, Raiders coming off bye week

Third off, Raiders are a lil used to high altitude playing in Denver earlier and Del Rio previous stint in Denver will have his players ready to play with less oxygen.

Lastly, Chiefs lost yesterday meaning Raiders are extra motivated to get this win and pull away in the division.

Osweiler would have to show he can throw it downfield to Hopkins, Fuller, etc to have a chance in this game. However I wont bet on that.

Maybe Lamar Miller can help you cover. However Raiders get to the QB and ball efficiently. I dont know what holes in the defense ppl keep talking about but Raiders will be hyped tonight in front of Pro-Raider Mexican crowd.

we are talking about cover not winning. Dont know were the raiders hype is coming from. They beat 1 Team with a winning record so far maybe they win this one too but not necessarily with 7+ points.

I tail you more times than not, Mac, but those stats are misleading.  They may average 300 yards a game and 17.9 points, but they have been below that 4 of the last 5 games.  They give up 20.9 points on average, and they have given up over 300 yards 4 of the last 5 games.  

Oakland comes in well rested off a bye week, and have put up 397, 626 and 344 the previous 3 games.  It's hard to step in front of a moving train moving full steam ahead, ask Hillary Clinton if you don't believe me!!
