They are still in draft Hell, but are in better shape this year than last.

New qb has to be better than the old qb.

This team leads the league in penalty yards year after year, and every new coach says "We're gonna fix it" AND IT NEVER GETS FIXED!

If I'm Davis, here's what I tell the new Coach:

"Here's your salary. If the Raider finish in the upper half of least penalized teams, YOUR SALARY WILL DOUBLE. ARE WE CLEAR?"

Exactly, he hasn't proven anything; that he's good or that he's bad.

Just because Pete Caroll chose Wilson over him doesn't mean anything. We're all just wondering what he has. Not much else to talk about during the offseason.

I think it'll be interesting to see what happens in Oakland, whether it's Flynn, Pryor, Tyler Wilson, whoever.
