I take it Tua is not playing in the wildcard game since the spread is 10 is there anybody know for sure cause if he’s playing there’s no fucking way I’m taking Buffalo -10 the lucky they fucking won today

No word has been given, and I assure you the books don't know if he is or isn't playing. I imagine this line is based on the fact that they don't know. If Tua were playing, I think this line would be around 7.5 or 8.  If they books knew Tua were not playing, I think they'd put this line up around 13 or 14. The difference between Tua and either of their other QBs is a solid TD, and it makes it hard for them to line this game.

The important point is... if Tua plays, Bills are on upset alert!

This is the kind of capping I've come to expect at Covers. Are you friends with the guy who said bet the Pats and Jets because the Bills and Dolphins will both try to lose?

you think they would put out 11 points to give to the dolphins if they were unsure about Tua? The books aren't dumb. 

You know a lot about how sportsbooks think?  I've lived in Las Vegas since I was 8 years old... and I'm not close to 8 years old now.

The books are not psychics. They don't know who is going to start. Do you think they are CIA agents who have inside info to the medical reports? Is that the game here?

Do you want to know how the books decide what line to put out?  They put out a line that the gamblers will bet on... and that's a pretty easy fucking game! Then if lots of gamblers bet on one team... they move the line!  There is no rocket science needed when dealing with the most idiotic population of humans on the planet... gambling addicts!

This line is based on the fact that they don't know more than us... but they know somebody will place a bet, if they put out a line!  I already explained why they chose THIS line, and I promise, that is exactly why they chose THIS line!

I’m not buying into the whole Hamlin thing win for hamlin the guy is not dead OK Buffalo does not get those two fucking run backs they might not have won that game I don’t trust Buffalo as far as I could fucking throw them I’m gonna wait until game time they will beat Miami if Tua is not playing but if he is I’m stanying way away from this game This spread  is 10 right now a lot of people out there are dumb put their bets down as soon as the spread comes out there is a good chance tua will play I bet the spread drops way down

He's not playing behind the scenes there is alot of talk about what has happened to Tua with the multiple concussions, the way he went back in and played. Very respected specialist doctors are going to burn the NFL publically if he plays again this season. 

All I can tell you is that if Tua doesn't play the dolphins have absolutely no chance in buffalo and the bills should win by atleast 3 to 4 td's if not more

We can go check Thompson last road game @ Jets, if he starts, buffalo by 3-4 TD's if not more is a good estimate

Did anyone actually look into the first game they played in Miami this year. If so you know Buffalo totally dominated that game and should have never lost. Thus they meet again in Buffalo a couple of weeks ago and Miami brings their “A” game, and still lost. I doubt Tua plays but if so you can probably catch a line under 10 and pound it. Also looks like Mosert will be out with a broken thumb. Buffalo has the best player on the field at the most important position, Bills win 35-14.

I would have been more impressed with him gambling or perhaps banging sum hookers, plenty of them there, since he was 8 in Vegas. I lived in Germany when I was a kid so if you need any help with Soccer...umm - I'm not your guy!

 Or if he had stated while he lived in Vegas he worked at a sportsbooks in one of the casinos,then at least he's dealing with the subject he's talking about.No,he just lived there since he was 8,so of course he knows everything there is to know about betting on sports.

But since you lived in Germany I'll bet you can whip up a mean sauerkraut and kielbasa dinner,right?Or brew some kick *ss german beer.

 I was a 20 year old soldier in Vegas when I started sports betting. Sewed my oats at the old DelMar sportsbook not too far from the base. Playing my parlays every week, and losing, thinking I knew football. Playing sports, I did all the way through HS, and betting, just a little different. But the old timers there, they either liked me or felt bad for me, kinda took me under their wings and showed me the ropes, eternally grateful to those guys. I'm sure if he's been in Vegas all these years, he's familiar with Del Mar. It was a great place to learn, well known amongst the locals, and I enjoyed listening to some of the crazy stories from the old timers. Good times,  I don't believe it's around anymore, too bad.

Was it right on the strip or off the beaten path,I've been going out there since the early 80's and I can't picture it?Isn't there a Del Mar horse track somewhere to?

 North Las Vegas, towards Nellis AFB. I guess you could say off the beaten path, good distance from the strip and Fremont Street. Small place. Picture smoking, drinking, bunch of old wise guy looking customers, really an old school place. Great education for a young guy like me. And there is a Del Mar horse track in California. Sewed my blackjack oats at Binions Horseshoe downtown Fremont Street, $2 dollar single deck. 50 cent Heinekens at the bar. I dated a  few cocktail waitresses  up and down Fremont. Ah to be a young handsome soldier there again, ha!

It does sound like a great place,ah if only we could go back to the good ole days.

You jogged a memory in me of the Del Mar Race and Sportsbook in North Las Vegas but honestly can't quite place it. Located in the Silver Nugget parking lot and was a stand alone building is the description given. I found this article about the owner William Dark and his sportsbook:

I'd say you're probably right that Miami has no chance of winning, but a blowout is unlikely no matter who's the QB. Bills are in an absolutely terrible emotional spot this week. Knew they would play inspired football last week, but this week all that emotional baggage is going to be weighing them down. They'll be ripe for the picking this week... IF Miami has the right QB on the field. Otherwise, they'll probably get through this week, and they'll be the most dangerous team the rest of the way.

Miami is only dangerous if Tua plays, they pose no threat to anyone with Skylar
