"Two turn overs in the last two possession when they are in striking distance" But was it unfortunate? The Giants are a -2 in turnovers The Steelers were +9 That give the TO battle at +11 in favor of the Steelers, a huge number less than half way through the season. I expected the Giants to tur it over.
Please. Utter nonsense.
Even using your flawed logic.... +11 over 7 games is 1.5ish per game. The Giants turned it over on their last two possessions.
If you "expected" the Giants to turn it over twice there... Then start making your own threads, posting your own record, and winning your own money.
But lets have a serious conversation here.

But for you to not recognize that it was fortunate that the Steelers covered last night is disingenuous. We all get those breaks - and those bad breaks - all the time. But lets be honest here.

@vanzack Ok, lets talk strictly football The Giants score TD's on 11.8% of their drives. The Steelers give up Td's about 14.1% of their drives. The Giants in the 4th Quarter of games have scored an average of 3 points The Giants haven't scored a Touchdown in the 4th quarter all year on Offense ALL SEASON. A block FG TD yes, no offense TD. So, why would I expect them to do so against the number 2 rated defense? Daboll is awesome at preparing for a game, but it wears off quickly, his in game adjustments suck. Tomlin on the other hand, is perhaps the best HC at in game adjustments.
I think the difference is you are looking at a projection to what should have happened last night, and I am talking about what actually happened.
What actually happened last night is a fortunate Steelers cover. Not the craziest cover of all time, but more breaks went for the Steelers to cover than the Giants. NBD. Like I said, happens almost every game.
I take issue with saying you expected two turnovers on the last two drives. You could have gotten like 50-1 for that. Lets not pretend that was the expectation.

Thats a fair statement.
What i was trying to relay was, i never doubted the Giants wouldn't score a TD.
Where the 2 turnovers shocking? No.
is it shocking they didn't score? No, expected.

The Giants played well, they deserved to win, I thought. They were the better team last night. Steelers definitely got alot of the intangible plays in their favor.
One bet i did lose last night? George Pickens, first TD. +650. Thats the breaks

want to hear pain? I had a lotto ticket on game, low risk to win 5k. Every prop had hit but one, Danny Dimes over 274.5. He got ball on last drive, picked up 50 yards, got to 264 with 50 seconds left, first down...and didn't get another yard....football.
