NFL Season +18.5 units
Really like the Niners in this spot...
Niners -1.5 (3 units)
Happy to discuss. GL all.
@Skanless1
Jimmy had no preseason .. no offseason .. no reps lol .. coming off shoulder surgery .. what do you expect .. no Trent is concerning … but sf still has a top 3 defense… think OP is right niners or nothing

Jimmy always looks mediocre. Thats what you get with Jimmy G.
Look... These guys played for all the marbles in the NFC championship game 7 months ago. The Niners had them on the ropes, and collapsed. I dont love motivation angles, but I cant imagine the Niners wont be ready for this one.
Watch McVay coach this one away. Niners will be able to run the ball, and Jimmy G comfortably attempts 20 or so passes - Niners win 17-10.

Totally off point here but just wanted to get a general idea of your bankroll and how much you bet per unit?? I've been @ this for years and bankroll management has always been a struggle for me. My current bankroll is 5k how much should I be wagering per unit?

I have posted novels at Covers on this subject. Unfortunately, the search function is so bad that I am afraid most of those older posts are vaporized. Literally - I have answered this in so much detail - with so much input from others - but I will try to give a condensed version...
I dont give out amounts here, because it only causes trouble. I like to say that it is just "a different color chip".
I use a staking method that includes a lot of stuff - but it brings me to a 1-5 unit scale for a bankroll of 50 units. That might be aggressive - but I am aggressive because I dont really have a "bankroll", I will just get another "bankroll" if I lose my first. But it has to do with my personal goals, and my tolerance for aggression and risk - and my financial position in life.
I found this thread. Read the WHOLE THING. It starts in one direction - but then goes in different directions - but if you read these 200 posts you will find some gold. It started in 2005, and since covers changed their formatting every post in it looks like a big block of text. But fight through it. It is worth it.
Staking is AS IMPORTANT AS HANDICAPPING.

Not really possible in the USA. There is a market matching sportsbook called Sporttrade that just recently got up and running in NJ. When these marketplaces become widespread - which they will - then you are back to 2%.
Back then, we had Matchbook, Pinnacle etc....
I have European facing books like Betfair, Matchbook, Pinnacle still so I am in the 3-4% range currently.
OH..... TRY LOWVIG DOT AG . Great book. 10 cent lines for football. 5k limits, but you can rebet. Great book, clunky interface.

Thanks for the thoughts Van. I spend most of my time across the street now, but I come back here occasionally and you are one of the guys I always make sure to check out. Looking forward to your World Cup thoughts.

Just read your old ass thread from 9 decades ago, solid read . Do you still use exchanges similar to the ones you mentioned in that thread at all? I'll add you as well, incase you can't say the specific name or website etc.
Appreciate your posts this year, always look forward to your information and picks
