A lot of media personalities were upset when the Colts named Jeff Saturday the new interim coach because they felt it violated the Rooney Rule. Moreover, they believed it showed how black coaches are constantly disregarded.
Tonight it's Jeff Saturday coaching against the face of black NFL coaches, Mike Tomlin.
The NFL will make sure Saturday does NOT defeat Tomlin tonight. They will give this one to the media.
Steelers ML +120

Jezus Chrips if this actually happens for the reasons you say I am doing betting NFL forever. I can think of a half dozen reasons the Steelers are the bet but this better not be one of them.

Intriguing angle for sure...one I never thought of, but it sounds plausible in today's world.

@MistaMiz316 They weren’t happy that he became an instant coach without any prior experience. Not sure if that has anything to do with the Rooney Rule. If anything Pitt’s coach doesn’t want to get embarrassed getting beat by a nobody coach.
The SAME coach that won his 1st game and held Phillly to 17 and was one 4th down play away from beating Philly in his 2nd game... One of the best teams in the NFL... Did this with one of the worst record teams in the NFL when he took over them ?... That coach ?....... People act like coaching is splitting the atom.. Tomlin ..No Ben he is just another coach.. .. Bill Belly.. No Brady... average.. IN fact with out either QB under center both below 500 coaches.. Fact..

You do all realize none of this nonsense has anything to do with tonight's game, right? Cap the game based on the strengths and weaknesses of the teams; save that tinfoil garbage for after the game when you pick the wrong team.

He is the INTERMIN head coach. The have not hired a head coach yet. The Rooney Rule does not apply at this point, so no one is "upset" about breaking something that is not applicable at this point
Histrionic personality disorder. It's sad
