On occasion you need to disregard the numbers and look at the storyline when betting NFL.

Lovie Smith is the chief beneficiary of Rooney Rule. He is being used to fill the quota of African American coaches regardless of his abiiity to coach a football team. By opting for 2-pt conversions after two TD's in the second half of last Sunday's game against Dolphins he showed he would do anything, even if it is morally wrong, to keep his job. I believe he was told to shave points in that game. Lovie Smith is a prime example of why racial quota has no place in sports. Had Texans had a coach, who can get a job for a different team for his coaching ability, not by Rooney Rule, he would have refused to follow betting syndicates' orders to shave points.
