31-17 is a bold prediction.  justin herbert has one win by 14 or more pts in his career, vs chiefs backup week 17 last year.  14 of his 18 starts have been one score games, including 3 for 3 this year.

BTW - what you are witnessing is the blueprint to beat the Raiders.  

It took 3 weeks for NFL coaches to figure it out - but if you have a good enough defense to take the over the top stuff out - and keep everything short and in front - the Raiders will be forced to run the ball which they just can't do.

Look for better defenses to play this exact way against this team all season.
