I know you put a lot of effort into your handicapping and are not just throwing darts.

I know you understand that some regression is unavoidable. No disrespect intended.

I worry that some casual bettors believe this is "free money"

Even a .500 record the rest of the season (and by no means am I suggesting that will happen) will result in an extremely impressive YTD.

I was thinking about that Patriots after a loss thing.  But I couldn't help myself.

So much for streaks. 

I guess you have a rare double streak coming up next week when 3-0 Miami goes to New England and basically New England's season is on the line.  You go 1-3 and it's near impossible to come back.
