Let me first say that I NEVER post plays on here but figure I would give it a shot...Tail me or fade me i dont really care. You also will NOT become rich or a millionaire from follwoing my selections.
On to Sunday....New England travels to Qwest field to take on the Seahawks and what is arguably the toughest/loudest stadium in the NFL to play in as a visitor. Look for NE to receive the ball first (as i think if they win the toss they will send the offense on the field first, and if they loose the toss Seattle will want there D on the field first). In many games though, the Pats like the ball after halftime, as they try to hit you in the mouth right before half with a score, and right after half with a score.
I believe NE scores first and does not look back, a quick td or 2 will take the 12th man right out of the game and put alot of pressure on young inexperienced Tyler Wilson. Wilson simply will not throw for more than 190 yards and hes certainly not coming close to matching points with #12. Seattle does have a very good running game but the Patriots are ranked 8th overall against the run only giving up 82 ypg on the ground. Plus, if Seattle is playing from behind, they will start to abandon the run.
Look, Seattle has played well at home beating above average teams in the NFL in Dallas and GB, but NE is better than both of those teams, and Green Bay had Seattle beat if it wasn't for the poor officiating. Seattle doesnt score alot of points, i have them pegged for 17 points in this game, and that is it. And NE is scoring more than 21 (assuming the line gets to -4). Seattle's D may give the Patriots some fits as they have in my opinion the best nickel package due to players like Chancellor, Thomas, Browner and Sherman who are VERY VERY big. But, you will see the Patriots counter the Seahawks big, aggresive D with the hurry up offense that Seattle has yet to get a taste of from anybody they have played.
When the dust settles, look for New England to win this game 31-17, 34-20 somewhere around there...Take NE (-3.5) as your top play Sunday.

I with you, but one small typo it's Russell Wilson not Tyler Wilson and I believe Belichek will try to take away Lynch and make wilson throw this could mean the pats opportunistic D getting some turnovers. Thinking the Pats will start out slow then figure them out and break loose in the second half

YES, RUSSELL WILSON!, not TYLER (hes the Arkansas QB)....good looks guys, thanks and goodluck!
This is a tough game for both teams. I've settled on the under 44.5 as the most likely winner. Totals are boring, but they make better sense than a side in many circumstances.

The under is the pick here, if seattle somehow pulls out the win then the under hit for sure. I see brady starting off slow and then catching his drift as the game goes on. Pats 27 Seattle 10 but the under is the better pick.

NE -3.5 is definately my top play of the week. First off, T. Brady and company showed P. Manning , or should I say reminded Manning why the Pats are very hard to beat.(He even put up great numbers).
Also, yes they are traveling to Seattle, but the New England defense will eat Wilson up, especially when shown different defensive packages..like B.Belichick is known for!! THey confuse rookie and non-rookie QB's with different blitz and coverage packages to the point where Wilson will not know whether to throw the ball or just fall to the ground.
One more thing, I am sorry to Seahawk fans, but the Seahawks ARE NOT A GOOD TEAM!! Plainly suck. I am sorry but its true. They have mediocre offensive weapons at best and this will not nearly be enough to keep up with Brady, Ridley, Welker, Gronkowski, Bolden, B.Lloyd and company. SHALL I GO ON!?
Pats win and cover this one easily or I will eat my shirt!

Enough of this Seahawks dont give up alot through the air BS. We are talking about T.Brady here...ONE OF IF NOT THE BEST QUARTERBACK EVER!! Seattle cant do sh*t to stop him...nor the genious mind and coaching of Bill B.

You need to get your fact straight. Patriots lead the league in total offense, rank #3 in rushing yards, rank #20 in total defense. Seattle is #27 in total offense yard, yea Seattle is definitely gonna outscore the patriots this game

I'm on the NE wagon for this one. Seems like they r hitting their stride and should be able to silence the 12th man by building an early lead. Seattle has a good D but they r overrated IMO and line shows it. Line dropped to -3 on 365 which is kinda shocking to see.

This is one of those games where the locals practically shit their pants. The total will be close. But the books will eat over money IMO. I like NE and Under. 31-13
