Just need to vent a little about the NFL.  Why does the NFL need a 40 second play clock?  These guys are paid millions of dollars to take a 40 second break between each play.  How interesting it would be if the play clock was cut down to 25 seconds. It would be more exciting to watch and I think the NFL would probably catch many more fans. 

Personally, I love to watch Oregon play in the NCAA.  What an exciting team that really makes the game interesting and keeps you on the edge of you seat for the entire game. 

Anybody agree?

Play clock to 30, 25 would be too short. This would make a huge difference.  But that would require more coaching and thinking.  Which NFL does not want.

I agree 100% even the suggested 25 seconds is more than adequate.

I absoultely agree.

Especially after watching Oregon average a 13 second play average outside the red zone!!

Oregon shows you whats possible and the NFL lagging is rediculous.

Shorten the clock
