It's not that the cardinals will tank.. the seahawks need to win this game to lock the 5th seed and avoid going to Chicago ... Playing Dallas is a much better match up for Seattle than playing the bears.
Pete Carroll said all week that he will not be resting starters so who knows..

“We’re going for it,” Carroll said. “We’ve got a big game. We’re not changing anything. We’re going to do like we do and go for it. I’m not sure what it means, where we play or whatever, but it doesn’t matter. We have to keep doing what we’re doing to keep the momentum going and the precision that it takes to keep sharp and all of that. There’s no other circumstance but to take it like a championship (opportunity) and go for it.”

Yea exactly, that's my real angle on this game plus Seattle being great at home and against the worst team in NFL

For me it's just that tanking is the best move for the Cardinals. Nothing to gain from winning here and possibly a lot to gain from losing and having a better draft pick.
Doesn't matter though, the possibly tanking angle is just icing on the cake, not something I ever base picks on. If Seattle gives their best game through all 4 quarters it's going to be very difficult for Arizona to even cover 13. They're too outmatched this year.
That's a different discussion.
To say that getting a higher pick might be better, yea it might be and many times it is not any benefit but either way there is no evidence that teams try to tank to achieve it.
There is certainly something to be gained, beating a division rival and giving them a lower seed and sending them into playoffs on a down-note gives many teams great satisfaction, pro players live for that kind of stuff.
There are others things to be gained as well, LC pointed those out.
