The top-rated Jets selection is a magnificent one if you ask me. Who can doubt the Jets today after they’ve responded to each of their previous 5 losses with a pointspread cover? Not to mention 4 outright wins. Today, for the first time this season, the Jets will take the field after consecutive losses. Given how they’ve exceeded expectations after every defeat, I think it’s reasonable to expect that they’ll be even more focused to snap this short losing streak. Maintaining their winning record has to be something they want to make sure they do as well. A third straight loss will drop them to 7-7. They can’t have that!
