Obviously, you have a position (i.e. an incredible positive bias for the Vikes and negative bias against the Bears) and are grasping at any straws you can to fulfill your beliefs.
The Packers OL is MUCH more questionable than the Bears. The Bears weren't weak on the OL last year and they have significantly upgraded that unit for this year (three free agents and a healthy Chris Williams). The OL is one of the key reasons the Packers were 6-10 last year and they haven't addressed it in the offseason.
The Bears defense should be better this year with Urlacher completely recovered from neck surgery and Tommie Harris reporting the camp 100% healthy. There won't be a better linebacking corps in the league than Briggs, Urlacher and Pisa, with plenty of strong back-up options. The DL has the same people the '05 and '06 units had when they completely dominated the league. Now they have Marinelli coaching them.
Cornerback shouldn't be a problem, but safety could be the weakness, I will give you that.
Now, to the Vikings. I'll just cut and paste this from ESPN:
"It's easy to be deceived as to how good an NFL team was in a given
season by looking at its record. Yes, the Vikings went 10-6 and won the
NFC North last year, but was this really a team worthy of making the
playoffs? After all, they beat the winless Lions by scores of only
12-10 and 20-16. They narrowly edged the Packers 28-27 when Mason Crosby's last-second field goal try went just wide, and if not for a 50-yard Ryan Longwell field goal at the gun in Week 17, they wouldn't have beaten the "nothing to play for" Giants."
In contrast, the Bears were winning late at Carolina last year except for a late fumble by a wide receiver that gave the game away. They lost to the Falcons on a fluke last second drive in Atlanta. They completely botched the game against Tampa Bay and let it get to over time. All the breaks the Vikings got last year went in the opposite direction for the Bears. Don't expect that kind of luck to continue year after year.
Add to that, Gus Frerotte was sacked 29 times in 11 games last year, and you think the Bears have OL issues?!?!?!?!
This Vikings team doesn't scare anyone with Sage RosenStein and Turnovaris Sackson at QB. This is a QB league and you have none.
Until you have a team that is capable of winning a playoff game, I'd suggest you keep your mouth shut.
