Interesting reading looking back. Fire sale, next year, etc. SF lost last week, they were pretty listless Monday night. They didn't have that overwhelming aura they had previous to last week. They're not as good as people gave them credit for and the Vikes aren't that bad.
They have 6 cupcake games coming up and after JJ comes back, they're even better.
They showed they can play when we all thought they were trash.

One thing I've become certain of decades ago is home fans are the absolute worst at predicting their team's results vs the spread. And they're always convinced they have a great read on 'their' team when the reality is they don't because a) most casual fans aren't good handicappers anyway b) most good handicappers don't have allegiances and stay objective and c) all home fans by nature overreact to the last game they watched.
Fantastic post!, There isn't a word in it that I would disagree with.

It's a gambling curse if you say "Lock" and "Zero Chance". There's no such thing as 100% chance and 0% chance when it comes to sports betting and gambling.
