It’s like college allowing coaches and now players to leave their teams.  

Stupid to allow any of it until the day after the SB/NC etc

with all due respect, I disagree

at these levels, when you are on the job, you are not really thinking about anything else 

what I will tell you though is a factor - the perception of people / players around you 

They lose trust in your decision making and are less inclined to give their 100% - but this is also a very small %
