Outsiders trying to Fix games is illegal BUT---In legal terms Football is "Entertainment" and it's INSIDE owners can decide (fix) outcomes of games...all legal, cause it's "Entertainment"... they know who the "Public" like that's why I like going against "Joe Public".... But watch out  because every once in awhile they do throw "Joe Public" a bone...It's up to you to know which side of the fence to be on...
