I'm not sure he will HAVE to stretch the field...just limit turnovers.  Broncos have shown ALL year long they can win a lot of games with an anemic (this is being nice) offense.  With their top notch defense they can play the field position game, kick FGs and wait for the OTHER team to make a mistake.  Cam and the panthers aren't seasoned veterans that have been to MULTIPLE superbowls.  I think they get a little deer in headlights here, if not the entire game, at some key moment(s).

Beaker has feet of clay for crying out loud, this front 4 made Carson Palmer look like a panicky rookie.

Like this hasn't happened before against like half the league, not only in the playoffs but the regular season?  That be like me claiming I'm an excellent chef because I got the fat girl to eat all the bacon I cooked.

Tell me, does Peyton Manning look as good as Palmer this year?

Has Arizona's defense been just as good as Denver's, considering the offense they had to share a stadium with? 

Has Carolina looked as good on the road as they have at home?

Has Denver been consistent both home and away?

 SIX turnovers, that's not a choke job, that's complete ownership of an MVP candidate. The actual winner of the MVP is under center for Carolina, of course... Cam is no fool, although he acts like one out of the huddle. He's ready and he isn't "playing along" imo with the NFL sith lord's (fantasy) desire. NE limped across the finish line wk 17 and would have lost without their 1st round BYE imo. NE would get beaten by CAR too, but it might be a better game.

Nobody respects the Panthers as the SB fav, a status they have earned but likely do not want. The more they make this about Manning the lesser chance he has of prevailing.

We'll see what the narrative turns out to be in the coming weeks and how much "respect" these panthers get from the masses, the talking heads and the bettors.  My guess is way more than what the Broncos will get. The only mention of Manning will probablybe along with how he and the broncos have NO CHANCE to beat these unbeatable Patrio...oops, Panthers.

Manning's stats are crap just like his performances have been, the polar opposite of Cam's numbers -- but I get it, Peyton will just give us all one more "turn back the clock" outings a la Favre, no sweat!  Looks like you've simply chosen to refute each of my points in total, as if none of them hold any water at all.

I can't believe I could have been so wrong... about everything.
