Mayo wins the game and loses the #1 pick just like Lovie smith did they both got fired. It just shows how important it is to keep the #1 pick when it's in your hands.

yeah but the players dont realize losing would have helped all of them for next year.  I know if i was the owner, i would be having the talk with the players to let them know whats in the best interest for the team

How many Superbowls did Vrabel win with the Titans? A few runs in the playoffs but nothing special in terms of results. No doubt he will be an upgrade but I doubt if there will be any Superbowl parades in Boston anytime soon.

I don't think that there's a coach on this planet that could of won a SB with Tannehill. 

Vrabel is a smart guy. Great clock management and strategy imo.

Vrabel maxed out what could be done in Tenn.

Mayo is not a HC...listen to his pressers.

If it's Vrabel, Kraft will tell him to keep Mayo as LB coach.

Patsxneed a left tackle,  an elite receiver, more RB help.

Yeah, Vrabel made it intriguing at times with the Titans. A great defensive mind no doubt but not having a franchise QB makes it a big hill to climb. I was a bit surprised when Tenny moved on from him but it is a results based league. He did have Derrick Henry in his prime though but without a solid QB it didn't matter.
