&#xD;&#xA;  Best QB of all time for reading defences.  I certainly wouldn&#x27;t be against him in this game.  He scores at will when he wants to.  Its almost like a hockey game and the player has an empty net all the time.

After seeing he beat two of the finest defensive teams, Ravens and Jets, i think Peyton Manning is a very good QB. I saw he threw a couple of pin point passes which not many QBs could duplicate them.

binka, this one hurts more than the 1999 NFC Championship game.  I just looked at the box score yesterday and it made me even more sick to my stomach.  Anyways, if I had to bet if Favre will come back or not, I would say he is.  Should be a quicker decision that recent years haha.

I agree, Peyton is the BEST. The football takes funny bounces, though. I can pull for the Saints without feeling "out of it".
I think that Favre will be back with the Vikings this year, let the soreness soak out a week or so.

Peyton is great but he has only 1 Super Bowl ring and has a good chance for a second.He lost playoff games after a two week layoff being the #1 or #2 seed in the AFC.

I think that too much weight is put on postseason records. Everyone has bad games here and there and it's one and done in the playoffs as we all know. Sometimes it's not the QBs fault at all... The Colts have set the record for wins last decade. Common denominator... Peyton (and Saturday). The ONLY one that can be debated IMO is Montana.

GoldRush, do you think that Big Ben, Troy Aikman, Simms, Bradshaw are better than say, Marino who has NO SUPERBOWL rings? You can't argue that.

Montana had great numbers in the playoffs. I am not denying that. Look at the weapons around him though Craig, Rathman, Rice, Taylor, Jones, not to mention he had a great o line.

Peyton is still the best IMO.
