I dont understand that fumble rule it makes zero sense. So a player can always just touch it if they are out of bounds and its dead? Makes no sense

Gene said it best. the ref said recovered out of bounds not by contact. but still the refs fumbled that call. definitely recovered by bills

Slow it down. The refs saw it live on the field and called it correct.
