Tough, tough loss, not gonna deny it. If San Fran makes just one play the last 7:00 of that game, it’s over. Lost 28 units in the playoffs. I actually have zero regrets about putting all of my winnings in play. I went for it and nearly nailed it. That’s gambling. Congrats to KC and the knowledgeable posters that cashed in on them yesterday.
Thanks to Glyde, ODB for the kind words and everyone else who contributed to the thread.

I told you about the $ management earlier...I get it man. I lost 6 g's on the Eagles at a sportsbook in the wildcard round. Wentz got hurt. So who am I to preach about $ management.

Covers can be a cruel place after a loss. I'm surprised you did not stay away longer, for your own sanity.
When you feel up to it, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the game, and what exactly happened to this team that shown so much poise all year.
I was joking. I couldn’t care less about the imbeciles. Chris Jones was the MVP for the Chiefs in my opinion. He won that game for them down the stretch. Shanahan is getting slack today, some of maybe deserved, some of it maybe not. The run was working and when they were 1st and 10 at the 50 with 1:47 to go or whatever, they passed 4 times...it is what it is. I expected the Niners offense to be more fluid and they weren’t. credit to KC defense there. Mahomes didn’t play great to me, and if you would’ve told me his stat line before the game, most people would’ve thought the Niners won big. That’s why they play the game...

Thanks bud and great season to you as well. I stopped posting here for years because it was like an 8-1 ratio of dumb posts to intelligent posts. You were of the the posters that kept me posting later in the season, so thanks for that. A lot of other great posters too long to list, some old, some new. I don’t want to leave anyone out, so I won’t try to list everyone.
As far as the huge wager, I gave it a lot of thought over the 2 weeks and was at peace, win or lose with my bet. Sometimes you gotta take your shot when you think you have an edge, because it doesn’t happen very often. If they would’ve held on and put it away, I would’ve regretted not making the most of my wager. You can’t have it both ways and just gotta accept that up front.

Did not catch the sarcasm
Chris Jones. He looked like he was 7 feet tall on those plays. I watched every Niner game this year and do not recall anyone batting balls down like that. It seemed to come out of nowhere. Not sure how a QB is supposed to deal with or adjust to that, but it was demoralizing. I also think Jimmy G wet his pants some and I hate that all or nothing bomb to Sanders. Just hated it. That is your season there. You got two downs (3rd and 4th) to get a first and a fresh set of downs. I think all the talk during SB week about how he can't throw and is a liability got to Jimmy G in that that instant. The underneath route/receiver was wide open, but he went for the hero ball/play to prove all the doubters wrong. Big mistake. I had flashbacks of Kap being intercepted by Sherman in the NFC championship instead of taking the open receiver in the underneath route. What a disaster.
