That was just dumb..seriously you can manage the clock but not downs. At least throw the jump ball you may get the PI on a panic move by a defensive back. The announcers will say great game but it was a shitshow. He didn't even reach the endzone with the throw. Lol...ok. time for the real football game tonight.  That just felt like a drama but you have a good idea of the ending.  Make up call for the Bengals TD with that lame roughing the passer.
