Umm ... I think SF blew a 28-pt lead themselves to NE in about1 quarter. Almost a bigger choke than Atl.
yea but they still kept scoring against NE...they were only up 17-3 at the half...not 20-0...and still won by 7 in a comfortable fashion
sea/atl game is way different...they only scored 10 in the 2nd half....sf still scored 24 pts in 2nd half..PLUS its NEW ENGLAND..new england can score against anybody no matter whos defense it is...matt ryan could barely score against tampa in week 16

and NOboy, i may be wrong bout ATL getting luck with all those breaks...but lets not forget...ATL COULDVE STILL LOST! against a rookie qb on the road whos on a team that supposedly horrible on the road...that shouldn't have had happened considereing ATLs status as #1 seed... im just saying...ATL is overrated IMHO...they're good...but #1 seed? cmon now.

@ usikbasterd ---i could quote and reply to the majority of your posts... reason: their are some pretty weak comments/retorts -- keep basing an upcoming game off of ones weeks backs ...and you bring up beating the Saints ?...lol. please

Jesron I see your angle to this game regards to the Falcons, Yesterdays game was like going to a night club, It takes a while to strike up confidence to ask a chick out and occasionally you will get rejected but once you get the first yes, You feel like you can bag any chick.
However, There's another angle to this game which has me a little concerned and it's the fact Colin Kapernick is Black, Will the NFL try everything in it's power to get a Black QB into the Super Bowl after such a long drought period?? You can't help but think so, What with you guys having a Black president and all that.

SwishSwish1234... fair enough angle. People brought up the same thing when it was Lovie Smith versus Tony Dunge years ago about this time. It is entirely possible. BOL!

I knew you would understand me, How's life been Jes??, Haven't seen you around this season as much, You were a die hard Vikings fan weren't you, You must of been a little ticked off with the way Ponder bailed out against the Packers, I mean we all saw what RGIII did whilst being injured, If he played I think you stood half a chance.

I didn't play much NFL this year other than teasers. I was much more into NCAAF and then NCAAB now. I get much more into NFL dependent upon how the Vikings are doing. I was really pi$$ed with Ponder for not playing. He better have really been hurt because he is on a short leash in MIN anyway. The Vikings still have a lot of problems (except AP anyway). BOL!

Come on man. Have some respect. Maybe you don't agree with his angle but let a man have an opinion. I didn't jump all over because your opinion differed. We had a very fair and civil discussion and I think the thread was for the better because of it. I respect your opinion and you respected mine.
For the record, you can clearly see the man is from the UK and the dingo ate my baby is Australian.
