***STEELERS/PACKERS SUPER BOWL PLAY***

Screwed up that 2nd half play on the Steelers/Jets game but none the less, I did very well for the week. I will have a write-up but will get out my play now.

 

Packers -2.5 (-115)   $11,500 to win $10,000

Steelers +whatever. I want the Packers, but the line will move to 3 or 3.5 I hope. Two weeks is a long fuggin time away. Thank God the Pro-Bowl is awesome!!!

Will be interesting game.....Like the hot QB allot in this spot in Rodgers..........like the Steelers experience in the game.

Both teams giving up allot in the second half.....in a shoot out I like Green Bay and in a low scoring game I like Green Bay.

I have to admit that I don't go out of my way to really watch or wager on NFL, but I do watch the Playoffs and SuperBowl. I hope the Packers win b/c I can't stand the Steeler fans. The question I have is this- is anyone else concerned that Pittsburg seems to ALWAYS get calls in their favor during big games (esp the SBs vs Seattle and Arizona)?

That's an often quoted myth. It just isn't true. If you really take that into consideration, then don't wager on anything ever again. It's stupid logic and a ridiculous notion to consider this as a potential deciding factor in this game.

NBA Western Conference Finals Game 6

The Steelers,like the Lakers, are a very public team. I am not one to jump on the "fixed game" bandwagon very often, but watching SB XL reminded me of that Kings-Lakers game.

The XL call was the correct call, although very bullshit in the frequency they call someone for pushing off. As far as the Arizona game, that was called as well as any Superbowl in recent memory. If anything, the Steelers got fucked on a holding call that made it either 1st and 20 or 2nd and 20 on the winning drive.

I didn't mean to be an ass, but the refs aren't an issue 99% of the time. I just hate hearing the typical "the refs favor xyz team" rhetoric you hear all too often around here.

You may be right about the line coming back down but the line is up to -3 at bookmaker as of now & -3 at several other outlets.

Steelers own the series, the NFC north , better running game and the better defense.
