***STEELERS/PACKERS SUPER BOWL PLAY***

Lets examine why the Packers are favored & like everyone else, I was surprised as well. The Packers were back to back road dogs their 1st two road games & they got pounded by the pros & public on the spread but more importantly, the ML. The Packer backers were in money heaven & then the oddsmakers threw a curve ball making the Packers a -3 point favor at Chicago for the championship game.

If the oddsmakers would have opened the Bears -1 or -2, the Packers would have gotten pounded like they did the previous two weeks on the road & the books were thinking we dont wanna fall into that trap again of getting beat up from the Packer backers so the smartly opened the Packers up as a road favorite knowing they need to balance the money & only way to entice Bears money was to give the Bears +3 & move it up to +3.5 to feel secure with what they set.

The Packers showed the world the championship game was a mismatch & that Cutler was a puss & couldnt finish the game. If it wasnt for the Packers not converting several 3rd & 1's, this would have been a blow out.

The Steelers on the other hand are the # 2 seed & had a bye week before beating the Ravens in a super come from behind win. Then they hosted the Jets who knocked off the supposed unbeatable Patriots & they Jets seemed as if they were mismatched in the 1st half with the Steelers taking a commanding lead into halftime 24-3. Never has a team come from being down 21 in the championship game to win the game but the Jets tried to do it but fell short as the Steelers pounded the ball down their throats converting 1st down to seal the win.

The Steelers at #2 seed beat the #5 & #6 bottom feeders while the #6 seed Packers beat the #3, #2, & #1 seeds, yes.......the top 3 teams in the NFC side.

The oddsmakers are stupid & they know why they made the red hot Packers the favs, because they will win the super bowl. Lets say the Steelers were made a -3 point fav where all of us would have expected to see, what would have happened to the line? I tell you what would have happened. The Packers would have been bet hard on the moneyline & just as hard on the spread but where the free money comes in is on the moneyline & Vegas doesnt give away free money, at least not week after week like they did with the Packers against Philly & the Falcons.

Question is would the books have gotten even action on both sides making the Steelers a -3 point favorite? Possibly but why take a chance & get buried on the moneyline with the Packers. Im sure who ever is taking the Steelers will be taking them on the ML but I think this game will be low scoring & the Packers win 21-17

I took the Packers -2.5 (-115) as soon as the line came out because I knew it would move up quickly at bookmaker & it did. Its up to -3 (+110) & I would still take it at this number.

Seems you are upset that I went ahainst who you are taking for the super bowl & its understandable that you would want to start an argument/discussion because you are upset the Packers backers dont see this game they way you delusionally see it.

You must live on a remote island if you think that certain teams dont get favorable calls.

Forgot to mention that the most important position on an NFL football team is the center, yes.......the center followed by the qb position. The Steelers starting center sprained his ankle & could be out for the super bowl but if he does play after resting 2 weeks, he wont be 100%, also, the Steelers have several key players out on the offensive line. Believe it or not, the center did account a little but on the spread.

After the starting center went out, there were 2 fumbles on the snap to big Ben, one cost the Steelers a safety.

I was actually quite surprise when the line came out as Packers favorite immediately following Jets/Steelers game concluded at Cal Neva. I really thought Steelers should be favor by 3 instead. Line maker always surprise me.
