I've come to realize this system is just purely adding numbers together and about as accurate as closing your eyes and pointing a finger to one side or the other.  it is horse shit to think this is really something.

Really can't understand the motivation to post in this thread if you aren't playing Porky's system.  Doesn't bother me but it does clutter things a bit.  The system was posted early in the thread.  If you think it sucks then fade it in your own thread.  Last post from me acknowledging the haters.

Thats too bad kid, had you been around since the beginning you wouldnt be hurting so much and realize there are bound to be weekends like this, the system has been backtested with decent results, it will continue and everyone that makes their bets does so at their own risk. So put on your big boy pants and we'll still be here next week

The only system that's foolproof is bookmaking, getting equal action on both sides, and profiting from the juice.

This betting system only works if there is indeed a flaw in the betting market that it exploits.  If there is no such flaw than the worst case scenario is that it will end up 50-50 over the long haul.  I have no idea if it works or not, but it seems logical to me.  Whether it goes 1-4, 4-1, or even 1-10 or 10-1 you wouldn't have a large enough sample size to know.

To me the premise of the system seems logical.  There's a shit load of people that take even money and play the middle at halftimes when they are up big.  Certainly more than are losing and chase the opposite.  And the halftime line more closely mirrors original expectations than it mirrors the actual results on the field in the first half.  That seems illogical and the system fades that.

Now there's some odd things with it.  For example, lets say the game o/u is 50 points and 38 are scored in the first half.  If the second half o/u is 25 you would play the over but if the second half o/u is 20 it would be a no play.  LMFAO.  If you were really capping the game you'd bet like 5 or more units on over 20 if you thought you were getting value at over 25. But in this system you play one unit in that example at over 25 but don't play over 20.

Just a few thoughts for the group.  To my knowledge, nobody has a vested interest in promoting this system.  Heck, if you are betting it it's probably in your best interest to STFU and count your money if it wins consistently.
