Super Bowl 58 Early Futures

Wasn't planning to do any more future bets but saw Ravens +1700 to win AFC and +3500 to win the Super Bowl at William Hill tempted me to put a bet down lol but WH is a hot mess right now. Compared to other books in Vegas it's +1000 and +2000/+2200. Anyway, I am kinda down on the Ravens next season not planning to bet on them much if at all in the regular season so maybe bet this future, file it away and forget about it until next February. This could probably be my only Ravens bet of 2023 season until WH can get their shit together. 

Who do you guys like for next season?

Chiefs probably have a good chance to repeat like New England did in 2003 & 2004

Afc North should be competitive like always ... nobody knows what happens from now till September I wouldn’t be in a rush to invest money in futures. Also as a steelers fan I can’t really wish you luck but I think cinci owns the division for a while ..

If anyone could do it's Patrick Mahomes. They found some gems in the draft. Pacheco.. Karlaftis.. McDuffie.. maybe Skyy Moore too. they are set. Just need to add a few more playmakers in that secondary, maybe another veteran reciever... at 6/1 odd, or +650 odds at Circa.. I don't think you can question it or expect more. It doesnt get any better than that unless something unexpected happens 

Agreed, Cincy is the king of the hill in the AFC North right now for who knows how long. Lol fair enough bud but our mission is one and the same: dethrone the Bengals im sure we could steal one from them every now and then

Bills should be contending again right up there with KC, but not a good look the way their season ended against Bengals. Diggs still cool or finally wearing out his welcome? Should be interesting offseason. may need to retool that O-line also. 

What is interesting is that Trevor Lawrence said some players asked him about wanting to be Jaguars.  well find out in free agency if that's true. Maybe it's their time now to rule the AFC South for a bit

I say the AFC side it's Chiefs to repeat or Bengals. On The NFC side it's 49ers and which ever team Aaron Rodgers joins next season.

The last figure I saw from Football Outsiders had KC's pass DEF ranked #20 and you saw how JH torched 'em in the Super Bowl.  That is not a recipe for long-term success.

I almost never bet futures, but I won't be on KC if I do.

they better do it while they still have Kelce...when he is gone, so are their chances...as good as 17 is, without the Kelce safety valve, it will get so much tougher for the Chiefs to come out of the AFC

What they do with Lamar will be the first of many domino's to fall. I don't think some of the veteran defensive guys would want to play for the Ravens if Lamar is gone. That could include Calais Campbell, Justin Houston etc. but with Roquan there maybe they do stay I don't know lol. The Lamar trade rumors just makes it unsettling and that 2023 schedule aint gonna get easier

 Good thoughts. I think they would certainly need to beef up their pass defense a bit and improve on their 32nd RedZone def. Think they will get better in that department only way is up from there. 

They will still have plenty of window left. Kelce prob has 4 or 5 more good seasons in him. KC should be fine until until 2028-29. Andy Reid also is an X-factor here too.

Brady and Mahomes both beat Eagles in their first repeat years assuming KC makes it back again next year.

Brady beat an NFC South team in those first 3 super bowl wins. Mahomes next Super Bowl win vs NFC South?....Carolina Panthers?? 

But of course Mahomes already played  NFC South  in the Super Bowl and lost to Tampa lol

Panthers are an intriguing team to me next season not from a Super Bowl future standpoint but season win total and division futures. Also if Bucs or rumored Falcons somehow trade for Lamar Jackson..  NFC South is a fertile ground for advantageous betting opportunities next season I would start paying attention to it. a breakout team nobody expected could be from this division
