Strong point spread trend favoring the Eagles:

Super Bowl line movement.....Eighteen times in Super Bowl history, the line has moved 1.5 points or more from opening to closing. The team’s direction the line moves toward is 16-2 SU and 14-4 ATS.

The two losses: SB 48 Broncos vs. Seattle, SB 25 Bills vs. Giants.

Now if this line ends up a PK or KC -1 it is moot point.

KC passing offense also leads in expected points added per drive (EPA). Who is #2? Philly

Cool huh.... the most interesting thing about that #2 ranking though is how far the gap is between KC at #1 and Philly #2. Which is the same equivalent difference between Philly and the #17th ranked Cleveland Browns passing offense.

Leaving this little reminder here....

KC's starting offensive line in the 2021 Super Bowl, where they got dismantled by the Tompa Bay Buccs, consisted of the following:

LT Remmers - 0 LT starts since 2016

LG Allegretti - 7th rd pick

C Rieter - 7th rd pick

RG Wisneiwski - cut by Pittsburg in November

RT Wiley - undrafted FA Guard

Today, the 2022 KC offensive line ranks 5th in adjusted sack rate and 3rd overall efficiency. 2 of these lineman were 2nd team ALL PROs and 3 of them made the Pro Bowl. Little different story this time around....

KC has the best / highest ranked efficiency offense in the league. Philly is going to see a QB and offense on a level they have yet to face this entire year. Yes, I agree with you that they have been under the radar much of the year, especially going into the playoffs where the Bills/Bengals controversy was taking up all the spotlight. KC's defense is nothing "special" but Spags is an opportunistic game planner and much like in the SF Super Bowl, I expect that defense to make the stops when needed, Mahomes be Mahomes to take his 2nd SB ring the same year that we see Tom ride off into the sunset. Half of us will be right and half of us will be wrong on this one....hope you end up on the right side

Mahomes and the KC offensive line showed why they are the best....zero sacks allowed....only had the ball for 8 mins in first half....went on to score on every possession of the 2H. Defense couldn't stop Hurts but made plays, some big ones, when it mattered and that was the difference.
