Anyone betting this game for saturday afternon football? I just locked at texans -6.5 big , im not sure how jets will defend against texans rush lol, plus texans has much more to play for than Jets.

I don&#x27;t like the fact that 70% is on ATL, but I got them at -6. I hope that line keeps going up.  I don&#x27;t understand the Seattle line dropping so much with SF having nothing to play for.  That sounds like a Seattle blood bath.

Jets missing a lot of offense...Crowell, and Enunwa...and a few linebackers on defense, can&#x2019;t see them competing....especially after emotional game Last week, pretty much their Super Bowl.. this team don&#x2019;t operate well 2 weeks in a row....

The overrated Texans laying 7 points on the road against anyone is a recipe for disaster but against a rejuvenated Jets team playing well on offense and competing on defense is a no no. The Jets also realize this will be their last prime time game of the season, It wouldn&#x27;t shock me if the Jets won outright. Deshaun Watson and Bill O&#x27;Brien is not a QB/Coach combo you lay 7 on the road with.

Playing without there best running back and reciever. &#xA;Anyone can win, especially these days when the officials decide so many of the games, but it is very unlikely that the Jets cover the spread, moreless win the game outright without the the officials help.

i&#x27;m looking into this game, but the Saturday card is utter shitt. the way i would approach this game... instead of analyzing the opponents weaknesses first , i mean the Jets are a weak team obviously so of course we&#x27;ll find weaknesses easily, we should first look from within and scrutinize the Texans weaknesses before we get in to the Jets...- do the Texans still have protection issues?- do the Texans have problems scoring or defending the redzone?- do the Texans have a slight weakness in pass defense?the Texans should roll here but they&#x27;re on the road and they haven&#x27;t really dominated those games. of their 4 wins on the road, 3 of those games were by 3 pts or less(2 of them were 2 pt games..) 2 of those games they should have lost. they&#x27;re not as good as their 9-4 record suggests. i don&#x27;t like Texans giving nearly a TD on the road. not saying they won&#x27;t cover but they should. Thanks I picked them for my SUrvivor but I had falcons as my pick all week and then changed it at the last minute to have a good team instead of a bad team... I was deciding between falcons rams and balty and i hope I did t blow it. I really thought all 3 would get through, but no Wentz and foles might be better but to win at the coliseum with rams off a loss after scoring 6 points. I just didn&#x2019;t want to lol stupid if a bad team lost and the good team won. We chopped last week 6 people and left money to play for. A couple people picked Houston this week and I like jets also (but to win who knows) next week is probably a coin flip anyhow, but I am hoping to have a chance at it. Maybe another chop after this week. I hope eagles don&#x2019;t go In and win to make a statement after a bad season. scared as heck over my pick with the best team in the league lmao

TY Hilton, with an injured foot, torched the Houston secondary for 105 yards on five catches in the final two quarters, finishing with 199 yards on nine catches. yes. the Jets have some TE named Herndon. i know, you&#x27;re like who? he is 2nd in TD catches. 4th most targets on the team, 4th most receptions, and 3rd in receiving yards. he&#x27;ll probably get a little more targets as the Texans are ranked 24th against TEs and are rather weak against them.

Laying 7 points on the road in the NFL is never a wise move IMHO, plus I don't think it is smart to bet a dome team playing in a open-air stadium where the weather may factor in the outcome.

And laying a TD on a team with a 2nd year QB doesn't seem very sharp either. Just my .02.

their receiving corp isn&#x27;t all that great to be honest and they&#x27;ll take a small hit with Enuwa out, but they still have Jermaine Kearse and Robby Anderson. Can the Texans front line protect Watson long enough? i think both O-lines are a wash, but Watson has been sacked 46 times this season, compared to 28 from Darnold/McCown. that is alot and considering Watson&#x27;s injury history i don&#x27;t know how he can take all that abuse he already has torn his ACL on both knees in the past i wouldn&#x27;t be surprised if his achilles is next. i think the injuries for the Jets on offense is not really a big deal they weren&#x27;t an offensive juggernaut to begin with but i don&#x27;t see how they can&#x27;t move the ball through the air. they don&#x27;t need Crowell anyway, since Texans run defense is stout.

What motivation does Houston have coming into this game, especially coming off a home loss???&#xA;Weather. Jets have one of the worst passing offenses in the league. How can they have the tools to exploit Houston's slightly below average passing defense? They're also one of the worst overall teams.

Someone mentioned that Houston struggles on the road, but let's have a look:

@Washington -> 23-21 Back when Washington was still playing good and you have one of those classic scenarios where the QB goes out and one that you haven't prepared for comes in (tends to work well when the QB is somewhat competent like McCoy).

@Denver -> 19-17 Denver was at full strength back then and they're very tough at home at full strength

@Jacksonville -> 20-7 Domination against a lesser team

I'm actually feeling pretty good about Houston that they beat strong teams and crushed the bad team. Here's another bad team on the way with the New York Jets.
