Allen is a complete headcase and has been killing them all year.

Bills offensive play-callers or whoever is responsible for leading their offense can't check their ego and stick with the running game which has clearly become a strength, but they rarely do so.

I'm not a huge Mcdermott fan, but the Bills defense has been pretty good this season....Allen and offensive coaches have held them back
