How do some of you feel regarding the Sea DL that is 7-deep? Won't the no-huddle that Manning employs negate a great deal of it's effectiveness therefore giving him more time to throw? Plus, he has one of the quickest releases in NFL already.
this is the best post. no doubt manning will use the no-huddle along with all their screens to slow down the pass rush. imo thats what makes manning the best qb.
how does a guy with zero mobility throughout his career and an average at best arm have this much success; between his ears.
his ability to read defence packages and adapt to whatever defence is what makes him special.(makes sense since his dad was a nfl qb)
now give him two weeks and i have no doubt he will have numerous play calling for every situation possible. as long as denver can maintain a run game i have no question about their offence in this game(weather permitting) defence and special teams is another question.

An intellegent post but, I have to say, you can spin a story any way youd like regardless of the team youre backing. Manning is Manning but in the AFC championship game against the Steelers, the Steelers disguised their schemes, stunted and sent guys off the corner. The Steelers played a lot of man coverage as they controlled him throughout the game. This Seattle defense has the personnel to do thw same which many defenses cant afford to do against a Manning lead offense. Fellas talk about Seattles ability to only rush four but Im not buying that. We will see the LB's pressure. Seattles LB's are one of the few to play so close to the line and I think theyll present the matchup Seattle needs to get to Manning. Mannings passing routes are also precise.....hes like Raymond Babbitt on the field, if timing breaks down, he has a fukking fit. Seattles corners are big and physical, they can hit the receivers at the line to disrupt timing routes. Seattles secondary matches up very well with Denvers receivers and their physical nature wont be any different than it was this season.

This guy really said , if they stop Lynch, Baldwin, Tate, and Russel Wilson, who will have production
If the Seahawks stop Peyton, Demaryius, Decker, Julius and Welker who will have production
Did I mention anything about Wilson? Stop putting words in my mouth. Wilson should have a decent game running outside the pocket I'm sure. Let's think about the X's and O's. Denver has 5 players with 60+ receptions on the year. D Thomas, Decker J Thomas, Welker and Moreno Those 6 players average 11 yards per reception. Moreno, who is one of the those players, is a 1k yard rusher and dynamic out of the back field and makes for a great receiver too. Every single receiver for Denver is averaging more than 5 yards per catch with 8 players near 10 ypc. They have a two headed monster in Moreno and Ball that each average over 4 yards per carry.
Sea has two receivers over 50 catches on the year, Tate and Baldwin. Yes Harvin has been injured basically all year and getting him back will make an impact. After these guys though the drop off is considerable in a tight end in Miller who has had a miserable season. Only 33 receptions and a non impact throughout the playoffs averaing about 15 yards per game. They have a beast of a RB in Lynch who has 1257 yards on the season. Russell Wilson's 2nd go to running back is turbin who only has 77 carries for only on the year and only has 264 yards on the season. Contain Lynch, Tate and Baldwin and the SEA gameplan falls apart. They dont have the depth and experience to sub these non factor guys in to make enough plays to outscore the Broncos.
Now name 3 players on the Broncos that the Seahawks could stop to have this significant of an impact. I will give you 3 more guys that will step up and have just as good of a game and have been all season. You can't say the same for SEA. The drop off is way to much. Having to come back to win in the 4th quarter last week displayed this very well. Wilson is gonna have to make numerous great plays on his feet to keep up with the scoring along with turnovers. Could happen and all these things could have a reversal all of a sudden and playmakers start to turn up for one game but i wouldn't count on it

I agree with your anaylsis and if the Bronco's can't run ...they will not be able to slow down the Seahawks pass rush..so stopping the Denver run is foremost ..

The Broncos were 4th in the league in fumbles this season. They better learn how to hold on to the ball, quicklike. Seattle was first in the league in forced fumbles. And, the weather isnt going to be a balmy 60 degrees like last week.
