I do have a lean on the U27 1H. I have a gut feeling this game could be lower scoring than the oddsmakers think. But I am not usually one to take anything in the 1H.

I like your angles on Green-Ellis and Hernandez...with Gronk's injury, Pats may go more to the rush. The question is will it be successful? And how many rushing yards will Law Firm get vs. Woodhead?  Also more action going the way of Hernandez is logical. I kind of like Welker over 6.5 receptions.

Will look into these a little further.

From everything I've read, Gronk is pretty much healthy.  I don't think he'll miss a beat tomorrow.

People are really still whining about spygate, every team in the nfl was doing it..the only difference was they got caught, and only because of a rat named mangina who thought he was the next coming and couldnt beat bill without snitching!  Anyone notice how relaxed bb is at the sb, he knows hes got this one and will cement his place with lombardi ..... pound the pats and cash!   and watch as brady hoists the belichick trophy!  (thats right rename it now...why wait)

Congrats on a great Post-Season! Im on the Giants for two reasons; healthy defense and special teams, all other factors seem equal to the task on both sides of the ball for both teams. Lean a little bit more to Manning's offensive weapons and ground game with Bradshaw and Jacobs, but truly think the Giant's special teams will be the difference here, very active and aggressive to the football. A lot of N.E.'s offensive play involves Gronkowski and if he is unable to play to this level or is simply a decoy for Hernandez, that caves the O-Line protection on the side he aligns to. remember the Pats only have 2 tight ends and they are used almost exclusively in their packages, kinda like a three legged stool, ya feel me? GL

I dont see why everyone is so caught up on Bellichek. Seriously, hes been beating up on the jets, dolphins and bills for years, three sad franchises. Since spygate he has a losing playoff record. So two weeks to prepare makes a difference? And Coughlin having two weeks doesnt matter? SB 2007 Coughlin had two weeks and figured out how to hold Brady to 14 points. And genius Bill had single coverage on Plaxico with a 5'7" db on game winning TD? Hmmm. Last year Pats beat jets by 40 points yet lose to them in playoff two weeks later? He wasnt outcoached there either? If Bill was such a genius his D would be ranked 31 either, terrible drafter last few years.

So Bill isn't a genius because his defense is ranked 31 in yards allowed?  How about the fact that that same team is 15-3?

I think your one of the best cappers on covers. Let me also say I hate the giants more than any professional team in any sport. From a betting perspective though I just do not see how anybody can like the Patriots tomorrow. These are 2 different teams than 07 so that whole revenge factor does not do anything in my eyes. The Patriots only beat one team with a winning record all year. I mean Dallas should have beat them when they played. They had a good matchup against Denver and they probally should have lost to the ravens...We all know what the Giants have done.

So basically I will either bet the giants or no play and just root against the giants cause I hate them. Anyway good luck and thanks for your write ups and picks all year.....your top dog on covers!

I've seen people mention this a few times, the losing record since spygate.. u guys apparently can't add well

The more I look at the numbers as well as the intangibles the more I like the Pats.

Edges for NE: HC, QB, Overall offense, PPG, yds gained, RYPG, defensive YPR, win streak (10), revenge factor

Edges for NYG: Defensive front 4, running backs

Some other factors I am rating even or close to even.

Plus I am laying -135 to get 3 whole points which is why I opted for the money line.
