40-30, 6-1 Week 9, Trying to keep the good luck train rolling!!
Redskins -2.5- I've been arguing all week in another thread saying why i'm taking the redskins but i really like the position the redskins are in here. They are in a great chance to finally win two in a row, why let it slip through your fingers against one of the worst teams in the league? After the defense almost cost them a win, then turned it on and held the chargers at the one for three plays, im hoping the last thing they remember is that goal line stand. Griffin didnt throw any touchdowns last week but he was throwing an accurate ball. Morris will continue to roll. This vikings defense is not good and a mobile qb will just make their day more difficult. On the other side, vikings offense is not good either. They have AP, thats great but he cant do everything. Look for the redskins to make Ponder beat them and i think Deangelo Hall gets a pick here while covering one of the big disappointments this season, greg jennings. Rudolph is out who has always been a redzone threat. Redskins roll.
Redskins/ Vikings Under 50 (Waiting because my book is terribly late with updating odds, should be able to get 50.5 at least, maybe even 51)- Redskins are going to score 21-27 points this game. They are going to run a lot, they are going to eat up clock, and they are going to convert on third down. Vikings at home wont get embarrassed and let up 40 points or something crazy. Vikings plan will be give the ball to peterson as much as possible until we have to pass, once again eating up more clock. Ponder will struggle this game, throwing 3 interceptions the last time he played this defense. Were looking at another Thursday night snoozer but thats exactly what we want.
