I have been trying my hardest to analyze and cap this game all week. I felt good coming off the call against Dallas.
At first glance, this game seems so easy to call. It *SEEMS* too easy to call. The Panthers at home taking on a demoralized Falcons team who is 1-6, without their head coach, who AGAIN blew a late second lead when Gurley accidentally scored and allowed the Lions to come back on a late game heroic drive. The Panthers seem to have the edge. They are a better team, with a better record, and possess a better defense. As a matter of fact, every team has a better defense than the Falcons. We know what happens to teams who are not able to stop anybody (see Dallas Cowboys last week)
The problem: Despite almost 70% of the money coming in on the Panthers, the line has moved from Panthers -3 to now Panthers -1
What gives? Something smells very fishy. Vegas doesn't like to just hand out money. You would think that the Panthers would show up for this prime time game at home against this defeated Falcons team. It is hard for me to wager any money on the Falcons. It feels akin to betting on the Jets or Cowboys. Perhaps the weather will be factor? We know how Teddy put up some serious yards against their division rival last time. The Falcons are 2-1 ATS on the road whereas the Panthers are 1-2 ATS at home.
Some very respectable cappers are on the Falcons tonight. What are your thoughts?

Guys stop overthinking it. ATL is a team that plays to lose. Plain and simple. Want a trend? 1-7 last year to start and they’ll be 1-7 this year. All you need to know.
CAR ML and Under 52 are the plays. Don’t over think it and let’s all cash

Yeah. I think what you all have said is right. Sometimes you just have to go with it. Carolina at home, with a better defense, with Teddy B. playing very good football, not turning the ball over. Carolina has the superior defense and the better pass defense. The Falcons, although not as bad as their record indicates, have show they can implode and they consistently let games get away from them.
I look for Bridgewater to play a good game and march his team down the field. I just can't trust Atlanta and that defense.
The Pick: Carolina -1.5 (6 unit play)

Atlanta Big tonight. Carolina definitely better team all the way around. No doubt but that schedule scares me for Carolina. Short week and already looking ahead to the Champ's after with head in clouds. Take Atlanta Julio Jones playing to get traded after this game free EZ Money you got sucked into the hype of a home game with no fans

I didn't get "sucked" into any hype. Spoken like a true amateur. Mush comment. Why don't you go look at my post history and see my write up last week on Washington when everyone was betting the Cowboys. There is no such thing as EZ money when it comes to sports betting. You speak like a complete square. I will take my chances with Carolina with a better team, better record, better coach, and better defense.
Also, something about a dome playing on grass. That is what I mean about the away team.
